Excellent organization with diverse workforce .Educators are graded on the basis of their deliverables and capabilities. Management and the employees are beautifully aligned to achieve the organizations goal which is to provide top grade education to each and every child. On the job training sessions are provided for the employees growth and development.

Dislikes

Management should focus more on employees mental health . If an employee starts his /her day with great enthusiasm and zeal, it's a win - win situation for the employers. Nowadays it's more of an individual performance rather than a team work due internal politics. Management should definitely address these issues .

Work Details

Educators are given cross training to learn and develop themselves from different departments. If a person is adaptable to changes and keeps an open mind to learn new things,this is the best place to work.
