Cairn India Ltd was my first oil & gas on shore company.Where I had learn about safety, Electrical standards, Work in a safety culture.I think this plant was having all types of electrical systems like generation , transmission, distribution, & automation. Here the Electrical team was one of the best team with whom I had work.The learning process was so fast and easier that I have learnt many things in short time period.We were having rotational job 21 days ON 21 days OFF. The good thing I felt that the hand over to my back to back was so smooth that there was never happened any call during my OFF Rotation. I was working as TPC in Cairn India Ltd. There was always a excellent or good appraisal given by my manager but the increments was actually very low.And I also wanted to have a offshore experience so I switched the job .
