Since I can't give zero stars, gave the minimum. Don't join this company. This is one of the worst places for engineering services. They won't even respond back when your contract got closed. They don't have any clear hierarchy to approach reg the employee's grievances, communications and requests.

In one line, don't prefer this company if you're planning to switch. It's not worth it. But if you're having a long gap or some other reasons not to join any other companies, then you can pick. No proper communication to the employee once you're onboarded. But you'll get continuous calls if you delay to get approved your timesheet from the client. When you call back, they won't even give a damn. They will add a lot masala and attractive words while recruiting. Don't believe. Because you can't ask them to prove right. Worst thing. You won't even know when you'll be asked to leave. They don't follow any notice period, bench period. If they don't get paid, you won't get paid. Simple. Freshers can join to get some experience on paper. Such companies only worth such thing.
