This is very nice organization. Infrastructure have been developed drastically. Liberty is there to some decent extent. Appraisal is very good. Here everyone is like family. Overall 1000 employees are working currently.

Cades Studec Technologies is one of the best employers for freshers. This organization is one of the companies that recruited the AMEs when there were no jobs in the market for them. I feel indebted for my career advancement to Studec. You have job security until a certain period of time, say 6-8 years.

Dislikes

They are more inclined towards giving more remuneration and perks to locals than other states people.
