There is a (self proclaimed) false belief about work culture/environment, with no facts and no question should be asked. Join this company only if you have no other option(Try to look for one, don't be an immediate joiner take few weeks gap by negotiating to find an alternative)

Dislikes

Toxic environment, control freak managers, poor/unprofessinal HR. No defined process for anything(everything is verbal). Everytime you apply for leaves they guilt trip you, they make you uncomfortable even during sick leaves(which shows their mental toxicity). They forced me to return quickly(I was asked to return after 1 week) afte r I got Covid+ve and made me to come office even when my coughing was not properly cured(at this point of time only 30% work force was in office) Manager will use one-to-one for taking out their personal frustration specially if you are not acting like a puppet(don't ever disagree), bending knee is a must. If you even dare to show that you are confident of your skill then they will start speaking offensively and taunting you in front of your team. Some individuals are stuck here for years and have been made managers(because technically they are inefficient) and maturity & mental stability(along with professionalism) is not a criteria to be a manager here. HRs are just rubber stamp here, so don't expect anything from them, they are robots with the button the buttons("listen", "ignore", "forget"), they are in the company only to felicitate events..nothing more. One of the HR reached out to my manager for asking a question during onboarding session. Company's zero tolerance policy to Bullying, harassment, retaliation means they don't let it come out(specially on company's record/system), since it's not on the record so count will stay at zero....Read More

The only positive thing is that its in Noida - Delhi NCR, not many options exist for people staying in NCR

The work culture, no work-life balance
