It is definitely not recommended for counsellors to be in this organisation. We are usually overworked, and are expected to work outside our assigned roles without any remunerations. Adding on, counsellors are underpaid, and their job ads claim to be industry standards. The management team doe s not give an ounce pf respect for the counsellors, and they often gave us blame shifting feedback rather than constructive criticism</mark>. In addition, some psychologists in in the higher levels of the hierarchy are not even qualified to be there. They are not licenced clinical psychologists, and they do not have the experience or training necessary to provide supervision to the counsellors....Read More
