The company and the line of business is very good and there are a lot of opportunities to learn new things. they let you explore and try out new things irrespective of your work or educational background the owners of the company is extremely good and visionary so the business will survive any storm that hits the business.

Dislikes

The organizational culture promotes a lot of meeting and this is time consuming and some time less productive. While the HR takes a lot of initiative but somehow all of those aren't really providing any relief to the employees and therefore it has become extremely difficult to manage a work life balance especially post pandemic the organization has shifted the focus from a people centric approach to business centric approach and moved to a high performance culture due to which most employees get burned out and feels exploited. in the pursuit to achieve big business and numbers somewhere the organization has lost focus on how to take care of their tenured employees. :-( The HR post pandemic have stopped taking an exit interview which raises a question is the HR really worried about people quitting? the charm of great place to work is fading away...Read More
