Hi, Thank you for your sharing your feedback and sorry to hear about your experience at Cactus. Our Leadership group and HR team has been actively involved in implementing several new processes and systems which can reduce the workload of the team. To ensure work-life balance is maintained, we take into consideration Cactizens leave preferences and allow flexible hours of work. We also have an AI chatbot for Cactizens to give us real time feedback, where we invite Cactizens to candidly share their views and opinions and use these inputs to continuously improve employee experience. We ensure all employees are provided feedback by the trainer/manager during training period as well as on live tasks. Wherever an employee is unable to meet the expected quality benchmarks, we ensure an improvement plan is put in place with clear objectives and outcomes defined to support the employee to come up to speed with the expected quality benchmarks.
