Before the interview, candidates are asked to submit so many documents that it feels like they are being prepared for a government job. Only those foolish like me would submit so many documents before an interview. Then they say things like, "I think you haven't interviewed at any big company yet, this is how the rules work at suchplaces." I’ve interviewed at 3-4 top level MNC's, and none of them asked for anything before the interview. Their tendency to look down on others is just a reflection of their large businesses. I hope no one else makes this mistake in the future like I did. They collect documents from everyone before the interview and sell them off. We all know our documents are being sold. So be very careful with these people....Read More
