All good. Leave benifit and office time are Flexible. Employee friendly.

Dislikes

Think only customer satisfaction. More changes came on project completion stage. But C2C is accept the changes with out additional cost.

Good place for young engineers. Perfect place to gaining knowledge. No politics. Any body can prove themselves by their talent. C2C gives right opportunities to such persons. C2C offers WFH before lockdown announcement. Till some of the employes are in WFH even the projects going on. They are not forced to come to office. Even in Covid situation they are trying to retain the employes but unfortunately few elimination happend....Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
