Hi all, I am BCA student ( final sem) currently Working as trainee in sales support role for workex and little financial freedom also.. As I am about to finish my graduation I want to ask you all what should I pursue next MCA or MBA? I mean I can't get that bcz I am not into deep coding and all but I like tech roles like testing analyst operations and others... One thing would like to mention about pay cut as in pandemic they have started Work From Office and if any employee denies in they have introduce 30-40% pay cut which is not expected
