The company has a good work environment and does not have much work pressure as compared to MNCs. Senior management is easily approacable.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

The company functions for 6 days a week and the company leave policy is also very poor leaving no room for work life balance. It also is not very supportive of using any latest tools in the market hence you cannot improve any new skill or learn new technology.There are no HR policies almost.
