There is nothing likable in this company. The owners consider employees as mere servants, with the sole intention of getting work done for free. And your ethics have fallen to a very low level.

Their main business is to extract work from people by making false promises. Every person who has worked with C C Engineers has had 2-3 lakh rupees taken from them. they dont provide pf so basically they can do whatever they feel like , won't pay salaries for months and expect from employees to keep working , besides that they don't even clear reimbursements , additionally unfair practices with leaves . no additional pay for overtime.

Literally these people use you. I havent got my salary yet even after leaving the company. Does not have the real work culture. Company has worst management and they do not know how to treat employees. Do not provide PF as promised. They use the employees to the most and never give them the salary. It is better to remain jobless than to work in this company. The management never care about the safety of employees or workers. They dont provide you salary slip and relieving letter on your last working day. They make you run like hell even after completing the handover procedure. You wont get any govt holidays or anything.
