C&S Electric have g good environment in work as management is very much cooperative towards their employee .

Company is very much professional in their work culture so that some time feel very much pressure in work and company maintaining protocol to some level and this type of behavior in some times demotivate the other employee . When i leave the company no one ask why i am leaving the company in this case HR team has big fault not to asking the reason behind my resignation .

It is very tough to describe my work in the company but i would like to say that i had launch the company in retail market when their is no existence in retail and i get very good response from the market as i was the only person in retail i have to roam
