When I listen and joined training for company requirements I like their working process , i improved my skills for management, how to talk to seniors, officers. I m from computer background and the basic knowledge requirement for company's is within my knowledge that's why most I like working with them and for company work I willhave to go other places which I gain knowledge every time.
