Found nothing supporting.Employee relies on HR of a company.Local HR and managers hired by the Chinese higher management are terrible.

No proper training.I was in CCM team.They will leave upto you to go through policy page which is itself not clear.Everyone has his/her own perspective of looking at them which creates hell lot of confusion in the new joinees.Politics in the air everywhere.HR keeps on playing games.No ethical values shown by the lower management people.No transport.No meals.

The way they treat employees with utmost care and always encourage us even during bad times . Employees efforts are always awarded. Have always kept a good and transparent working atmosphere. There is no discrimination or discouraging the employee even if he or she commits a error instead they keep trainings and get that employee to a better level.
