For me working with Bygging India ltd is a different type of experience. I have learned lot of things here. Previously I only had ready mix concrete experience. Now after working with BIL I also have experience in chimney construction.

There is nothing to like in the company they are cheaters specially Shivani kak head hr while joining time they tell alot of benefits but after joining they don't give salary on time .

1. There isn't any new work, just repetitive work .Very less technical knowledge will be used . 2. No value of engineer, you will need to do all stupid works like material shifting, arranging material, begging for items as if it's your own work , stealing of material.. since work can't be stopped . 3. No professional behaviour on site . 4. No one cares about you , doesn't matter you come or go 5. Everyone is full of attitude specially people in site office, they don't care for site people...Read More
