I worked there for a couple of days!! I don't know about the other department but PE role has worst management there. There are three shifts.. let us assume you are working on Shift A.....if there is no employee available for the next shift (i.e) shift b they will be asking you to continue...with no salary for the overtime. Poor food quality. Drinking Water availability and the restroom hygiene(worst than the govt bus stand restrooms)is the worst. They expect you to work more for the less salary (15,800)(typical Chinese mentality) To increase the production, they started keeping 12 hr shift and they agreed to pay for the extra hrs. No transportation facility. Bus will not come after Tambaram stopping. So much of internal politics and harassment of employees takes place The most funnier part is they may ask you to work on Sundays also....Read More
