In AP ERS project was purely for kamma cast people that variation possible only APERS project head Mr.Ramohan.this is very bad . Overall company was good but this type of behaviour is not acceptable. APERS project was not renuied by govt of ap because of operations head behaviour services become poor so purely this damage was strightly operation head.
