Overall company is good but particular manager for our area was totally unfit for his role , because of him the company is losing his fame. Kind suggestion please get regular suggestions from all employes atleast the skilled ones.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
