BVG pvt ltd is a good manpower company more than employees are doing in this company side and this am also doing Supervisor in pmssy hospital its a good experience on this company salary also in time payout to all employees but now covid 19 duty we ll doing n some employees also but salary's late payout ....I like this company culture......Read More

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
