Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. I like the work culture.

It's the worst company I have seen in the market. Management is impoverished. Every time and every day they insult. Very very toxic environment. Career opportunities are zero. No job safety. Mostly in this company favourite culture are there. HR is not supportive. Unprofessional behaviour is very high especially management not taking care of team members. No overtime is given. Skill development is zero. My manager is not happy with me because I am not asking every day which reason she forces the HR team and senior manager to terminate his employment. In this company, mostly government projects are that's the reason your shift time is not fixed. Company given the salary every month of date 17th.
