They are not committed as they said in training, making use of employees, not providing in time salaries, also very low wages providing specially to pilots who runs ambulances. Career growth is very brust and lots of politics in office. Just we work there for passing of time.

I haven't seen a toxic work place like this in my life, The managers here are so toxic and micromanage each and every thing. If one collegue decides to sit till 10pm the whole team of 6 people are asked to sit in the office. You need to come on time but when you leave you need to ask the manager if you can leave or not and they ask you to work for 12 hours a day and there is no overtime pay as well.
