They are not committed as they said in training, making use of employees, not providing in time salaries, also very low wages providing specially to pilots who runs ambulances. Career growth is very brust and lots of politics in office. Just we work there for passing of time.

It's the worst company I have seen in the market. Management is impoverished. Every time and every day they insult. Very very toxic environment. Career opportunities are zero. No job safety. Mostly in this company favourite culture are there. HR is not supportive. Unprofessional behaviour is very high especially management not taking care of team members. No overtime is given. Skill development is zero. My manager is not happy with me because I am not asking every day which reason she forces the HR team and senior manager to terminate his employment.
