Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..

I haven't seen a toxic work place like this in my life, The managers here are so toxic and micromanage each and every thing. If one collegue decides to sit till 10pm the whole team of 6 people are asked to sit in the office. You need to come on time but when you leave you need to ask the manager if you can leave or not and they ask you to work for 12 hours a day and there is no overtime pay as well. It's the worst company I have seen in the market. Management is impoverished. Every time and every day they insult. Very very toxic environment. Career opportunities are zero. No job safety.
