Worst Place to work. No professionalism. Employees are soft target. Most of HODs are corrupt. Employees more than 60 years are working as HOD in many departments. Like finance, HR, Legal.

Dislikes

There is lack of professionalism. Company treat employees a very soft target. Like they are working in Corona with full strength ignoring govt. Guidelines. They never provide safety measures to employees during that period.

BVG apne employees ki 5 - 6 month tak salary nahi karto aur karti bhi he to sirf 2-3 month ki,unka ahemdabad ka staff a66a nahi he vo apne employees se thik Tarah se bat bhi nahi karte aur salary ki bat karo to job se nikalne ki bat karte he.

They just using the people and making fool to the customers and govt. They jusy working for earning not for customer satisfaction, many of them customers not making benefits of the services they are providing, they just benefiting the vip people who can create difficulties against the co. Lots of customers troubled and also died because of this stupid service not providing, Many days ago a person whose wife is in breathing difficulty situation, a person whose wife is in problem call 108 for ambulance but AOM denied for providing ambulance just because of not providing ambulance to covid-19 positive patient, after half an hour, wife's husband call 108 my wife is died because of not taking her to hospital....Read More

Dislikes

They are not committed as they said in training, making use of employees, not providing in time salaries, also very low wages providing specially to pilots who runs ambulances. Career growth is very brust and lots of politics in office. Just we work there for passing of time.
