This is a fraud company. They do not provide any offer letter nor release letter and experience letter. If any employee get a good opportunity in any such big MNCs... They would simply deny to background verification and automatically your opportunity will be gone. They just provide this senior position as a trap to get all the database. They don't provide salary as stated. They don't provide any training nothing you just go to office and they make you sit for hours.
