I have been working at this company since FY 2020-21, and last year, there was a change in management. Since then, the new leadership has been terminating employees without notice, creating an environment with absolutely no job security. I would strongly advise against joining this organization under the current management. The new leadership seems focused on removing long-term employees and replacing them with their own selected candidates. Moreover, if someone chooses to leave voluntarily, they are subjected to threats and insults, including warnings of damaging their career prospects. The workplace culture has deteriorated significantly, and I’ve personally witnessed senior employees, even at the VP level, being terminated without prior notice or explanation. The situation for female employees is even more concerning, as there is a clear lack of respect. In one instance, an HR professional had to resign after filing a harassment complaint against a fellow HR member. The working hours are extremely rigid—if you are even one minute late beyond 9:45 AM, half a day’s salary will be deducted. Additionally, they do not process full and final settlements (FNF) properly. And if anyone dares to raise concerns, they are publicly humiliated and verbally abused in front of the entire office.
