I liked my designation because there is a lots of things I has learn in future it will very useful Tumi for a a jobs the experience has truly wonderful the job nature is very joyful and friendly the leaders also cooperative and practical

Dislikes

This is the startup company so that's why we don't have a stability for a secure but there is one thing right now the burgeon industry the fast growing company in future the company future is very bright there is no doubt

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
