I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. I was working for Building & Infrastructure service line in pune Region for past 3 years and I swear the entire team of this service line is pathetic. They would recruit a new person but won’t promote a hard working employee. Regional General Manager, Regional Sales Manager - B&I & Regional Head - B&I are just puppets of the management which is led by Mr. Surajit Pan who just slangs money to gets the work done.
