I am part of company's GSSC center. Transparency in work related management decisions and ample opportunity to learn in and out of the process.

Dislikes

Work place is not very hygienic to work. HR and admin teams really needs to work on to make office good place to work in for employees. Policies and their implementation are not very clear in most of the cases.
