The team is largely composed of individuals from Bihar who demonstrate a lack of professionalism and work etiquette. There is unnecessary yelling on team calls, often driven by personal grudges without any valid reasons. I was working for Building & Infrastructure service line in pune Region for past 3 years and I swear the entire team of this service line is pathetic. They would recruit a new person but won’t promote a hard working employee. Regional General Manager, Regional Sales Manager - B&I & Regional Head - B&I are just puppets of the management which is led by Mr. Surajit Pan who just slangs money to gets the work done. Even on holidays the RSM would keep review calls. Plus the increament is just in single digits. Don’t join this company at all....Read More
