The work culture is worst, no work life balance and worst team management. The company is not updated w.r.t technology so there is no growth in ur knowledge you shd work on old technology. So, I would recommend not to join

Management were not good. The charged money to the employee if the keyboard key break while working then employe need to pay the cost of whole laptop keyboard.

I was working for Building & Infrastructure service line in pune Region for past 3 years and I swear the entire team of this service line is pathetic. They would recruit a new person but won’t promote a hard working employee. Regional General Manager, Regional Sales Manager - B&I & Regional Head - B&I are just puppets of the management which is led by Mr. Surajit Pan who just slangs money to gets the work done.
