Worst Place to work. Total revamp of Indian Management is required.

I was fortunate to have good team of people & because of bad experience with Indian management all of them have left BV within 6 months of my exit from BV. No growth Plan Managers do not value individuals strength

I was heading BV Pune office in the capacity of Head of Industry and was responsible for sales ,marketing,Revenue ,OP ,operational excellence,internal audits , Company NDT level III ,TQR and local HSE coordinator

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
