You can learn many new things when you are involved in the inspection of various products, processes, works etc. So your work does not get monotonous. Periodical training modules are exercised to keep yourself aware of the common practices in your field/trade. Apart from witnessing on-field inspection, tests & document review, thereis comparatively less workload from the employee's point of view. Most of the managerial seniors & co-ordinators are understanding when your reasons are just. For people getting a back-office job in Bureau Veritas, work-life balance becomes easy.
