The company environment good for the new learner's and easily adopt the professional skills by the training given by this company to you.The most important thing is that this is a French multinational company and this company giving the opportunity for the foreign visiting after experiencing in this field.

Dislikes

The most important which I dont like in this company that is traveling because travel is to hectic job according to me because the health issue mandatory.

My job is totally travelling so it's a very hectic and challenging profile and one thing is that traveling is a learning process for enhancing ourself and how to treat the clients as per their convenience.

You can learn many new things when you are involved in the inspection of various products, processes, works etc. So your work does not get monotonous. Periodical training modules are exercised to keep yourself aware of the common practices in your field/trade. Apart from witnessing on-field inspection, tests & document review, thereis comparatively less workload from the employee's point of view. Most of the managerial seniors & co-ordinators are understanding when your reasons are just. For people getting a back-office job in Bureau Veritas, work-life balance becomes easy. Financial responsibilities on company's part are always disbursed on time. If you are into inspecting, frequent touring & travelling might bother you sometimes. Visiting or getting posted to some remote places may affect your health. It becomes difficult to maintain work-life balance if you are always on-the-go for inspection to far-off places or posted at some project site far away from your family. Company hierarchy is quite flat for most people, who work in the core inspection services. Either you remain as an inspector, or you rarely become a manager irrespective of the numbers of years you serve. Therefore, salary/appaisal may not look attractive to some.
