I joined the company thinking that i will grow as a professional and as a human as well. But i found nothing likable in the company except few friends.

Dislikes

Pathetic, terrible, no security for females, 2-3 management guys think females working in the company are their property and they can do anything with them and escape unhurt. MY OWN EXPERIENCE!!

So if think burda have grate opportunity . Please try to some another Company because they provide you less off moral down situation & badly cultural to upcoming students & Senior Persons only for Pre Press Department . Good company for freshers and experience and good salary provided for good employees and work not continuing in this company so job security problems are some employees. Time to time monthly salary in account and no any problems in appraisal.

I got good supportive teammates who actually support me in my good times & bad times also, Different Different types training happens in Burda which gives me boost my knowledge. As we know there are no job security in Private sector. Salary/appraisal are not satisfied but startup is good for me, politics are common in every company. I also like the re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Start up in this is good but growth is slow. Politics is more in this company. Employee is not satisfied from the Appraisals. Why everyone playing safe game in the company.

Generally speaking, I am working in quality department, where i manage people for online inspection, making the daily Quality report, Daily MIS Report, Quality samples record list. I do the Printing & binding inspection also. I worked in Paper deptt also
