Very good Infrastructure and good pay

Dislikes

The college is a pool of dirty politics...... No healthy working atmosphere. There will be a lot of groups according to the nationalities. Each group plays dirty politics against the other group. Even if, somebody wants to do his/ her job will be connected with one group and face job threatening. As far as job security is concerned-like a hanging sword suspended from a thin thread above your head. The Omani colleagues are decent and the chairman of the college is also a gentleman but he doesn't care about the nasty politics going on in the campus is a sad part....Read More
