Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. Working at Buopso as frontend developer has been a game changer. The learning path at Buopso is good, but there are a lot of barriers to getting ahead. There are a few seniors who don't know how to do their jobs, but are still working as seniors, and they don't know how to conduct interview. The explainations of the tasks assigned to freshers are inadequate. Without having the neccessary knowledge or skills, someone can still perform well on a task, and then report the results incorrectly to their senior. The senior, Anil, then hires this person as a system engineer. Without any prior notice, they fired me immediately after removing the pending work of the last six months. I showed them all of the completed tasks, but they played politics and did not give me an opportunity to prove myself as a fresher. The management is too poor and they can't make decisions on their own. I do not recommend this company to any fresher or talented person....Read More

The best part about working at Buopso is that there is no stress and you can enjoy your work while trying to give your best. There is ample time given to complete the tasks and the workflow is smooth and sensible. There's isn't much hierarchy in the company and the leadership is accessible and helpful. I enjoy the fact that there is no micromanagement either.

Company members are good. Salary is on time. HR is supportive.

Dislikes

Company politics is so much as they destroy mental peace of a person. The CTO and the tech lead plays the worst politics they unite togther and make fun of other employees. They dont provide work to the employee if you dont support the politics they are playing. The company culture is good but CTO is making it worse.
