1. No HR hiring process no sop no training. 2. Team heads are not paying attention on team mates growth. No strategy no planning only concern about sales 3. Job insecurity and no salary dates and incentives are on seniors mercy. 4. Lot of corruption and legal defaults at major level at company side.
