For seniors it is a heaven but not for below the line employees

1. No HR hiring process no sop no training. 2. Team heads are not paying attention on team mates growth. No strategy no planning only concern about sales 3. Job insecurity and no salary dates and incentives are on seniors mercy. 4. Lot of corruption and legal defaults at major level at company side. In short if you are closer to heads you will survive or else you are just IN and may be OUT in a month or so. If sales happen then your incentives will be diced with some theory.
