Nothing. Only they released my salary on time after i left the company

I was offered a manager HR job. On joining i was given a letter of assistant HR. No handover or training was given. One guy from IT department and one girl from accounts department kept on torturing and harrassing me as they were feeling insecurity due to my presence. That guy from IT department abused also hence I thought about leaving the job.unfortunatly owner also listen to these 2 cartoons. Owner is only bothered about sale not at all kin to know about management issues. I was also told to join marketing team. During my last day of work HR manager to whom I was supposed to replace became violent. He tried harrassing and abusing me. Totally mismanagement. No principles. Not at all cultured people. Please dont join and spoil your future...Read More
