There is nothing to like about working at Build My Infra.

Dislikes

No proper management. Management is too poor. Getting salary on time but no hike and not any comp off. The biggest demerit is job security. No job security. Too much internal politics. Whenever management will terminate you without any prior notice.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
