Employer’s Response

It's very disturbing to note this. There is not even a single month's salary on hold OR delayed. There is a reason why the salary is paid on a particular date which is made aware of to every individual employee on the day of joining during induction. Till date, no exit clearance / statutory dues of employees are pending unless if someone has gone absconding with fear doing blunders in work without accepting their fault and without proper knowledge transfer and exit process. We would definitely appreciate this employee who has updated this review here in the ambition box had the courage to approach us and discussed this and despite the effort to bring it our notice if we had not taken any action, then they could have written such nasty comment. However, We have a very open culture in the organization and Any employee who has concern is free to contact the HR department hr@buildahome.in. We are more than happy to address grievances and take necessary action.
