Very good atmosphere at office ,very good knowledge on construction ,new projects new experience learning new things , upgrade , management and everything is good.

Dislikes

Company head, leaders are not observe or identify the experience engineer persons and not getting any promotions for them.They should identify and give promotion for experience engineers to project coordinator or assistant project coordinator. Pc are making coordinator those who are well known and (friends circle ).These are very much bad things are going from past 8 to 10 months.

Lots of politics in the whole company even hr policies too starting they say something and will change in the next day itself..no encashment for paid leaves ..simply cutting the attendance to cut salaries suddenly starting new rules etc etc .. and leaving the company and getting documents is another drama they will take simply too long like 45 to 60 days to give documents and F&F salary and in that also they simply cut nearly 8 to 10 days salary unnecessary giving somebullshit reasons...Read More
