Working on latest technologies. Good for fresher employees, learning opportunity is there.

For experienced employees, life is a nightmare. You can clearly see pay disparity. They prefer people working in office always. Salary payment is sometimes delayed, it is also deducted without notice. Leave policy is very bad, only 2 leave allowed in a month. In case of emergency also, they wont give paid leave and your salary will be deducted (very common). Variable pay is usually delayed and dont expect 100% when disbursed. Management is not open any suggestion and usually doesnt care about employee well being....Read More

Hi, Thanks for taking the time to give feedback. Pay is always based on one's capability, experience, competency and skillsets and in BUDDI we ensure exceptional performers are always rewarded timely. Please feel free to discuss on any parity issues you may have with HR and manager. Also please note that the salary information is confidential and it should not be compared or discussed with your colleagues. Regarding working from office - as things are back to normalcy we have resumed to working from office as it was during pre-covid times. We are a very small team and it is important that the team meets for better collaboration and innovation. BUDDI has sailed through covid times without pay-cuts or retrenchment measures and all are aware that we are working hard to ensure there is no such delays in the future. Salary deductions are for any leaves taken and income tax for which prior planning has to be done. We are working on the leave policy and other benefits you will soon see some changes there too. Emergency leaves are always approved by manager - pls discuss with Sudhaa in the HR team if you had an unfair treatment regarding this. Variable pay is based on the goals/KRA's achieved, we have given over 100% also to those who have done exceptionally well. We are always ears to everyone's suggestions and if any of your query was not addressed please escalate it to the HR head and CEO. We also had many anonymous surveys run and have a suggestion box - which the HR team eagerly awaits to see some suggestions.. Hope all your feedback was answered and pls note we are more than happy to discuss this in person.

Dislikes

Pay is less. Health insurance is not good. They don't have funding/ less funding. Austerity measures are applied everywhere. Notice period is of 90 days. It is a better version of TCS/other services company where work quality is good . Also, I don't think they can scale beyond Tamilnadu . They are probably happy being confined within Tamilnadu.
