especially in time of gaining more experience in industry Bua is good you will develop so easily once you are ready to learn.

Contract to 3rd parties not a good one, if that is to be done, not to the engineers that maintain the machines, is really killing workers working under them because the payment is too poor, but for those that are bua group staff I think with what I have been seeing BUA GROUP is really trying to put a big smile on his worker faces, but is not good to have almost 90% 3rd parties contract workers in a big organization in rivers state branch both MILL PASTA AND SUGAR REFINERY. but I don't know about other branch in other state....Read More

Well is a good one when its comes in time of expanding your experience on your profession, but for you to enjoyed working with BUA GROUP, good too options, either you work as a BUA direct contact worker or as a staff. not been given to 3rd party.
