For starting your career in networking it a good company but to enhance your skills knowledge you need to switch to some other company because here the profile is basically a support engineer profile.

I just resigned from BT after 7yrs and I can say its my best 7yrs in my career.

Dislikes

No dislikes General feedback - if you want a secured job, with good work-life balance then BT is the best company. But you may need to compromise on the yearly salary hike. BT has the best car lease policy in the industry. Learning is ok ok atleast with regards to network design team, not sure about other domains.

Best place for those professionals who already have groomed themselves with handsome salaries and want a stable life.

No growth in salary like most of the other organisations.

Complex structure of the Org. Way too much of Org structure changes within short period of time. Employees are facing difficulty with following company goals as it's always changing with the change of the leadership. Unnecessary timeline pressure.
