Likes
The work life balance was great. The good thing is they are concerned about people's communication and growth, but yeah they should increase the number of workshops and training's.
Dislikes
Management always tend to dissatisfy the employees because of there cost cutting. They should increase team outings and also break the chain of monopoly while promoting people.
