Skill development. Lot of scope to learn, only if u r interested to learn new things.

Dislikes

Have to work 365 days and 12 hrs a day. No personal life at all. Involves lot of travelling to places, where there is no proper transportation. Salary delayed for more than 5 months. Have to follow same format over and again. Don't have the scope for new and innovative ideas.

Work-life balance - Bad

Work Details

Targets to complete work with in short time. Great learning experience. Not a great place to work after marriage since it involves lot of travelling.
