One of the worst company ever seen in my life. Its a family business run by 4 people all 4 people are pathetic and don't have manner to talk with employees. They think employees as there home servant. And main person the father who is the owner of the company is the worst person I ever met he don't have ethics to talk with any one worst attitude. This is by far the worst and most dishonest company I have encountered in my 15 years of professional experience. The entire organization is riddled with nepotism and unethical practices. Yash Mirchandani, Suresh Mirchandani, Karishma Mirchandani, and Nishita Mirchandani only focus the employees are harassed and mistreated at everystep. As for HR, Chirayu Gurmukhi is completely incompetent and irresponsible. Despite following up more than 1000 times, I still haven’t received the payment for my work. There’s no respect for employees, no value for hard work, and the work environment is highly toxic. I wouldn’t be surprised if they are involved in tax evasion or other shady practices. If you value your peace of mind and hard-earned efforts, stay far away from this company....Read More
